Speaker Procurement & Venue Finding
Do you simply not have the time to find the right venue or speaker for your event or are you trying to find replacements last minute after your venue or speaker has cancelled on you?

Let's hop on a call to discuss your event and help me understand your needs.

I will then source a list of available venues/speakers, pop them in a comparison document and send it over to you. If needed, I will then visit the venue and negotiate contracts for you. All you have to do is sign on the dotted line.

On the day Coordination
You've booked your whole event; the running order is looking fab, the joining instructions have gone out and now you're wondering if you have enough pairs of capable hands on the day...

We'll have a meeting a week before your event, at your venue if possible, to go over your running order for the day and anything you need from me and then I'll be there on the day to make sure timings are stuck to and everyone is where they are meant to be at the right times!

Supplier Hunting
Researching suppliers for entertainment, practicalities and fun additions for your event can take time and sometimes it's just not the top of your priority list, I get it, which is why I am happy to offer my help.
​I'll get to know your event, your budget and your goals on a call, then I'll go away and hunt down the perfect suppliers to add that extra bit of wow factor to your event.

I'll send you a comprehensive list of options for each aspect of your event and pop them in an easy-to-read comparison document.
I can then negotiate contracts and book them for you if needed.
